I usually refrain from using this space to write about the details of my personal life. This is largely because I do not consider them interesting enough to justify taking my time to write about and others time to read about. It is also because I am a needlessly private person. But none of those justify failing to mention what is going to happen in a couple of hours.

I am on my way out to graduate from business school. I have had the privilege to spend two years working with and getting to know countless noble, talented and inspiring peers and professors, and in many cases I have been able to earn their respect and friendship. More importantly, I have learned a tremendous amount about myself, and am leaving school as a more complete and satisfied human being than I was when I entered. I feel sad to leave this behind, nervous about what comes next, and excited about what I will be able to accomplish with everything I have learned. But more than any of those, I feel blessed by the opportunity to spend some time here.
